No, it will not make your pet “high”
The compound, CBD, or cannabidiol, is a substance that is found in a cannabis or hemp plant and extracted. These plants have numerous cannabinoids, including the compound that is responsible for producing the “high” effect - THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). However, CBD is not psychoactive and will not make your pets feel high.

As with any supplement, it should be given responsibly. Getting the correct dose is important! Although, pets cannot overdose on Pawsible Love, it is recommended to follow the label. While each dog/cat differs slightly in what dose works best for them, we do recommend starting with our dose listed on the bottle and slowly increasing from there over time. Some of the most common prescription medications that are prescribed for pets by veterinarians may cause severe side effects, such as; bloody stools, stomach ulcers, liver and kidney damage, and increased or decreased activity. CBD oil has no known adverse side effects, and does not negatively interact with any other supplements or medications. For best results, when using our products alongside prescription medication, we do recommend waiting 1-2 hours before or after to give your pet our products.
